Hepatitis C (HCV) Antibody result is reactive.Hepatitis C Virus Antibody Verification test result is non reacitve. Is antibody result false positive?

Probably not: the presence of the antibody indicates an exposure to the antigen (the virus) . the absence of the virus indicates that the virus has been eradicated. It is possible that the antibody result is a false positive. This is unlikely
