I got anal fissure 3 months ago and at that time mucus started to appear in my stool. now the fissure is almost cured but still sometimes i see small amount of mucus in stool. stool test is ok, only mucus. what is the reason of this?

You need to check up with primary care physician, you may have residual anal fissure not healed.
