I have a reoccurring rash in my inner thigh, believed to be jock itch. its red and typically produces blisters. none of my partners have showed symptoms or signs of a similar rash. should i be concerned if herpes? the genitals are not affected?

Your description of this rash is probably "jock itch" or herpes genitalis. This can be treated with zovirax and there are topicals available that yoour PCP and prescribe. The best treament should be attempting to keep your immune system in good shape by appropriate krest, hydration, and a healthy diet.
