Are there any other ways of imaging to find abnormalities in the scrotum/testicles besides ultrasound?

Ultrasound is an excellent evaluator of scrotal and testicular pathology. However, there are other modalities that radiologists (like myself) employ. MRI is another way we can assess for testicular pathology and there are special sequences that we employ. Nuclear medicine is another modality for scrotal imaging and that includes PET/CT that can be used for cancer evaluation and staging.
