Yeast vaginitis: I can't associate sacral-coccyxgeal numbness with the yeast vaginitis, but itching is common. The labial changes appear chronic & more than what yeast vulval infections cause. In my experience, onetime oral diflucan is more effective in younger women so you might also apply antiyeast cream to the vulva. Consult a dermatologist as needed for further evaluation of the skin problems.
