I had mild to severe hypochondria during the coronavirus from march to june. i was confined in home and couldn't sleep properly.now i hv lots of cancer symptoms in anus and in throat.were these diseases caused by severe anxiety for several months?

No: Your anxiety has not and will not cause cancerous lesions to form. Your concerns should be addressed and worked out with behavioral therapy. It is normal to be concerned, but to have irrational fears is not healthy and by your own admission they are affecting your quality of life.
