See a Dr ASAP: Could be UTI or kidney infection. Sometimes present with these symptoms. A pregnancy under these circumstances would be unusual. See your Dr for Urine dip and Pregnancy test. If somehow the pregnancy implanted outside of the uterus, this could be a medical emergency.
