See answer: How high a fever? What did urine analysis show? Any back pain? Not enough history to give meaningful advice. Ureteral stone possible but less likely if no pain. IF the problem continues without an answer, some LESS COMMON conditions to consider: Tubulointerstital nephritis, Amebiasis, Polyarteritis nodosa.
