Anal fissure: Anal fissures are a common problem in people with constipation. They're tears on the anus from hard stools. Usually patients with constipation have a bowel movement every 2 or 3 days. That period of time allows the colon to absorb all the water in the feces which make the stool compact and hard. I recommend increase the water consumption and eat fruits that will help with the constipation.
