Boil?: You may have a boil that resolved by itself, the re-occurrence is what may be concerning suggesting that you may be doing something that makes it happen. Are you overweight or have diabetes or family history of diabetes? Do you use rough toilet paper that may increase chance of irritation? I hope you are able to figure what is making your prone. You may use Sitz bath and warm wash for now.
