Sounds like HPV: These may represent early skin lesions of the human papiloma virus, a std marked by wart like lesions that tend to cluster around the genitals & anus. If you have this confirmed & treated early, you may prevent these from spreading locally & enlarging. These can also be spread to your partner through direct contact. Get it checked out!
