I am on yaz birth control pills and have skipped my period for about 3 months using the pills. is this healthy? also i have heard that i am able to delay my period instead of skipping, how can i do that using the pills? thank you!

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Take 3 months of: continuous active pills, then stop for 7 days to allow a period. Then restart the active pills for another 3 months.
