Should have no bleed: Once your embryo has implanted into your uterus and begins to grow, there should normally be no vaginal bleeding resembling a period. You may want to obtain a pelvic sonogram and a gynecological exam to confirm the location and viability of your pregnancy. This information should allow you to make some informed decision.
