For the past couple of days the top of my butt has been hurting. i noticed a bump at the top of my crack and no matter how i sit or lay down, it still hurts. i dont want to go to a hospital because covid-19. what should i do?

Doctor can evaluate: Some people are born with a pilonidal cyst at the top of the butt crack. Sometimes the cyst gets infected and needs treatment, such as drainage or antibiotics.
