Is it safe to masturbate after 5 days of jj ureteral stent removal(via cystoscopy) ? if not how long should i wait after removal until i can masturbate or even have sex ?

You decide: Pain is a good signal for when any activity is too soon/not advised. Recovery times vary from person to person. I can't see where any part of this procedure would be altered by resumption of sex. If the pain has faded & you gradually work up to the process a return of pain would be a reason to back off. If no pain, continue.
