I had cystoscopy, eswl procedure with urereral stent over a week ago. can my pcp remove it since no anesthesia is given? pig-tail stent no cord.

Unlikely: Would be a very brave PCP to remove it, stick with the urologist.

Need Urologist.: Unless I'm mistaken, these need to be removed cystoscopically as well, especially if there's no string coming out of the urethra.

No: Usually a Stent removed by the same urologist who placed the stent or another Urologist. Doubt you PCP will want to remove the Stent
