Viagra/heartburns: Stomach issues are a known side effect of Viagra . https://www.rxlist.com/viagra-side-effects-drug-center.htm#overview inhibition of PDE5 by sildenafil causes increased levels of cGMP resulting in smooth muscle relaxation - likely it relaxes the smooth muscle of the lower esophageal sphincter as well so you get reflux.
