31, f, obese. i have gerd. sometimes i wake up with sore throat, post-nasal drip, and a stuffy nose. i thought it was a cold or allergies, but seems to go away when af symptoms go away. sometimes i get shortness of breath. can ar cause these symptoms?

Symptoms you’re describing are classic for severe GERD. If cough or shortness of breath this may indicate endobronchial aspiration, leading long term to pulmonary fibrosis. Really need to see a doctor
