Yes: You can control gerd by small frequent meals, low fat foods, avoid caffeine beverages such as coffee and tea. Do not eat or drink within three hours of bedtime. These are the initial treatments of reflux- if they don't help- consult your physician for further advice.

Yes you can: Bottom line is weight control, increased weight, fat, caffeine in diet, all that can lead to gerd, if you succeed in reducing only 10% of your weigh, t initially, you will notice the difference, good luck.
