I am experiencing heartburn (gerd), burping and sore throat. for the past week i am feeling pain in throat. food does not bother me. the scale of the pain is like 2 (1-10). i am also experiencing heartburn (since long) get worse eating spicy food.

GERD: This sounds like GI reflux. I suggest OTC Nexium or Prilosec in addition to Mylanta. You must be examined and tested for H. pylori infection.
