Never mind: Taking a stroke after orgasm did not affect anything. Take care of general health and your penis will take care of itself. Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. For nutrition: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/. Get HPV vaccine. Wish you good health!

Urethral discharge?: There's no way semen "went back up" into your urethra. Not sure what "its stit" means (dictation or typing error?). Fluid squeezed from your penis is not semen but an abnormal discharge, which usuallly means an STD like gonorrhea, chlamydia, etc. Of course STD is possible only if sexually active with other persons. Either way, see a doctor -- if you've had sex with others, get seen immediately.
