A male asked:

Do i have retrograde ejac if after holding in at climax i have clear urine but semen comes out seperatly to the tip of my penis?

Not understanding: Whenever you "hold it" during climax, you will divert the ejaculate into the bladder. Retrograde ejaculation is a condition where you do not ejaculate externally, but into the bladder. I would not worry about having retrograde ejaculation. It is a consequence of doing what i believe you are describing.

Cloudy urine after orgasm does indeed suggest retrograde ejaculation. Masturbation doesn't cause it. See a urologist. Good luck.
