Why would a sore throat appear immediately after kissing and cause a throat infection? doesnt it take longer than immediately to show symptoms? what could it be?

Define immediately: Tissue takes time to react to invasion by germs. However, the brain reacts at any point to a perceived issue rather real or not. When you post on this site you should detail such things as immediate, whether you mean minutes/hours/days. If you mean minutes, the only medical response that quick would suggest an allergic reaction to something. If not, the brain is playing tricks.
