After extremely rough sex, my vagina has been aching & has some open sores/cuts just in the opening & some on the outside. i believe they are friction burns. everytime i pee it is excruciating, bc pee is going over the cuts?how do i fix this asap

Tincture of time: The best solution is to wait for Mother Nature and the tincture of time to heal the area/ Hot sitz baths can soothe the area as well as over the counter 0.05% cream on the labia only and not inside the vagina or on the clitoris as it will cause painful swelling if applied in those areas. See a MD if the painful urination continues to be check for a UTI.
