Yeast? Herpes?: This could be any of several things. A yeast infection could do this, but usually isn'tso severe. Chemical irritation or allergy to something, e.g. latex (condoms), spermicide, soap, etc. Genital herpes is also a good possibility, especially if there are blister-like bumps or open sores. See a doctor ASAP; if it's herpes, diagnosis is most accurate and treatment most effective if done early.
