Ouch!: Trauma or some type of infection are common causes of these symptoms. For example, a bad yeast infection or herpes can cause these symptoms. So can a Urinary tract infection or sexual trauma. If you want to know for sure what is causing your symptoms, you should have an exam by a GYN doc. Best wishes!
