Risk of HIV ?'s: Any contact with mucus membranes may transmit HIV, but what you describe has minimal risk of transmission. Ask your sex-worker to show you her medical report for HIV if she has one. Otherwise, it is best to have yourself checked: ask your physician for the timing and extent of the blood testing.

Low risk: if no bloody fluids, however best to avoid fluid contact if possible. Testing now and at 12 weeks can be reassuring. Taking preventive antiviral medications can also be discussed with your doctor or urgent care site.
