Risk of HIV ?'s: Any contact with mucus membranes may transmit HIV, but what you describe has minimal risk of transmission. Ask your sex-worker to show you her medical report for HIV if she has one. Otherwise, it is best to have yourself checked: ask your physician for the timing and extent of the blood testing.
