Swelling: Two common causes for the this problem would be a varicocele and or a hydorcele. Your testicle descends from the inside of your abdomen to form your scrotum. During the process it grabs on to abdominal wall tissue and this forms the spermatic cord. There are veins and other soft tissue that for the cord. The above abnormalities develop from that. The pain is not normal and you should be seen.
