It MAY be a: varicocele, which is an enlargement of a blood vessel in the scrotum. This is similar to a varicose vein one may have in the legs. Please see your doc. He/she can give you a diagnosis. Sometimes they resolve on their own. Sometimes surgery is indicated. Peace and good health.
