No single best way: No testosterone therapy is best for all. Each one has its pros ; cons. Can you tolerate shots? Are you allergic to adhesives? Is fertility an issue? (i'm referring to men in general) are you sure you're just delayed as opposed to some other cause? Doc who diagnosed you w/delayed puberty ie one who did complete evaluation to rule out other causes, should also discuss treatment options w/you.
