Unlikely, but...: One should not be pregnant if taking birth control pills properly. If worried about pregnancy, a home urine pregnancy test gives a reliable result if done 3 weeks after sex or 1 week after missing a period. If both Plan B and BC pills were taken, those hormones can alter vaginal bleeding so that bleeding will be off schedule. Usually, one should check a urine pregnancy test in 3 weeks.
