Unlikely: Sexual fluids containing sperm are often released before the "main load".You are less likely to be pregnant when dealing with early seminal fluids but it only takes one sperm & all the pre-cum fluids will have some. Pregnancy has been documented on any day of a woman'c cycle including during menses. (rarely) Your EC will remove that risk.

Condoms-not 100%: effective. If you are concerned about pregnacy, get tested and additionally use condoms PLUS spermicidal foam, gel, spong or vaginal suppository.
