I want to have another baby but i'm currently overweight (90kg heavy, 164cm tall). i'm off birth control but i currently have high blood pressure (+-140/90) and i'm using enap5 twice daily. i'm struggling to lose weight. might be metabolic syndrome.

Fix problems 1st: Your current medication would be deadly to a fetus. You could try to control your blood pressure with fetus friendly meds but HBP along with excess weight is not a good environment for developing a normal baby. With close management you could carry a pregnancy but I wouldn't advise it from the kids vantage point.
