Possible ulcer, how serious is it if i threw up 6 times within 12 hours possibly bloody each time and i cannot stand very long w/o feeling dizzy?

See doc today: You are either dehydrated from the vomiting or more serious lost alot of blood from a stomach ulcer or esophageal tear.You need to go to Emergency room now with this dizzyness giving a warning sign that you are about to pass out.
