Your OB/GYN will teach you about IUDs and other treatments that can decrease your dysmenorrhea which is a fancy word to describe painful periods with cramps. You should visit a GP to treat your peptic ulcer disease which is usually cause by an organism and can be cured with antibiotic therapy.Good luck.
