NO: Nortel 777 may result it Xanax staying in your body a longer time and thus you may not need to take as much Xanax, but Xanax is not known to reduce the effectiveness of birth control pills. I strongly advise all taking birth control pills also take a good multivitamin such as ONE Multivitamin from Pure Encapsulations.
