Open bloody scabs in 1 nostril, i believe from allergies/dryness. can i use triple antibiotic (even though says external contact only)? or other recs?

Dryness: I believe the best treatment and preventative measure would be to rub a tiny amount of Vaseline in both nostrils each night. Avoid decongestant nasal sprays and excess air conditioning. Hopefully you don't smoke. See an Otolaryngologist as needed.
