I thought i had seasonal allergies so i took a claritin but it doesn't seem to help the congestion, steaming did help a bit but one nostril is just completely stuffed. what else can i do?

If congestion worsens or continues, you should see your family doc for evaluation and possible treatment. Sometimes this type of congestion can develop in to a mild bacterial infection, esp if not relieved with an antihistamine. See your doc to be evaluated.
