When eating one of my nostrils tingles a bit almost like something in it is stretching or closing in it. this morning its been happening every moment or so without food even. especially when i went out side. im 22 and no allergies. is this normal ?

Nostril: Could be some type of allergic irritation. Consider using some nasal saline to flush the nostrils. If the symptoms persist you may need to be seen.
