My nostrils scab up every morning. Started last year and went away after a few months. It's back. No known allergies or seasonal allergies.
I thought I had seasonal allergies so I took a Claritin but it doesn't seem to help the congestion, steaming did help a bit but one nostril is just completely stuffed. What else can I do?
