Bumps: It is not possible to diagnose skin lesions in this way, but bumps that ooze pus are likely infected. See a doctor soon.

Please see your: doctor. These sound like multiple abscesses/infection. You need to be seen to be properly diagnosed and treated. Until you are seen, you can try applying warm compresses...and I would recommend that you not squeeze them yourself.
