I have this bump on my inner thigh close to my vaginal area but it doesnt have pus that i know of, when i go to touch the bump it feels like loose skin. it doesnt hurt or anything unless my clothes or skin rubs against it could it be an std ?

STD: very unlikely, if I understand your question and history. Retesting and an exam by your doctor, could be reassuring.
