I would!: Calf pain can be a sign of a blood clot. You are at increased risk of this on birth control pills. Get checked now! It may be something else, but don't take chances. A clot in your leg can break off and spread to your lung (pulmonary embolus), which is very, very serious. Don't take chances. Find out for sure what is going on.
