Yes, you are fine. : You only ovulate once a month 2 wks in to cycle. So you are not any where close to possible ovulation which shouldn't happen if you are taking nuvaring as you are taking

Nuva ring effective: Once the Nuva ring is re-inserted into the vagina, it is effective contraceptive protection from that point thereafter.
