Hello, so i got off of the nuvaring two months ago. i had a period for 5 days and having brown blood for 7 day with cramps. what could that be?

Menses: So it sounds like you are resuming your regular period. unless next month you miss a period or are having heavy bleeding that causes clots or causes you to go through more than 1 pad per hour for 2 hours, I would not worry. if your not wanting to be pregnant, make sure that you have another form of birth control.
