On nuvaring, took it out, two days after i took it out i had sex. got my period 3 days after sex for 4 days super heavy. can i be pregnant ?

Not likely: If you took the ring out at the appropriate time (after being in place for 3 weeks), then it would be unlikely that you would be pregnant (1-2% chance statistically based on the failure rate of the ring in studies). The fact that you then had a period makes it even less likely that you are pregnant.
