No: No vitamins are known to interact with Amethia and neither will small amounts of alcohol. I strongly advise everyone on oral contraceptives to take a good quality multivitamin as they increase women's needs for many vitamins. See https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/23852908
