I did complete blood count test yesterday. plt 230 pct 0.30 mpv 13.0 pdw 18.1 p-lcr 48.3 i have hemorrhoids.lately i found a lump which i can see in the anal canal. should i worry about the results?

Rectal bleeding: Anemia, rectal bleeding, and a rectal mass are concerning. You need to find out whether the mass is a hemorrhoid or a tumor. See a gastroenterologist or a colorectal surgeon as soon as possible.

Concern for lump: The lab results are not overall concerning to me. I am more concerned about the lump if it is not the hemorrhoid you state you have, the lump needs to be evaluating and may need to be biopsied. I hope this helps good luck.
