Yes: Viral infections can occur with such minimal sx that you don't know you are ill. Hfm is well known for having minimal spots in some (& major in some).They can also have spots limited to a few at one location or just occasional mouth blisters. While active, the virus will shed in the saliva for at least a week & up to 6 weeks in the stool.

Yes: This is an illness that is usually experienced in childhood & has more than one strain.If experienced in childhood, the immunity gained is likely lifelong. However we occasionally see this in adults.

Yes: This is a viral infection and can be spread from one to another. The adult may have more immunity but there will be those who are nto immune and can contract this disease.
