Abscess: Chancres don't pop and sebaceous cysts don't swell rapidly or hurt suddenly. Let's shower twice a day for a while and consider a god antibacterial soap. If this gets worse or starts to spread, get seen.

Vulva: Sounds like a sebaceous cyst- "plugged oil gland". If you are fearful of syphilis, you should get blood testing.
