Unlikely, but...: ...there are no guarantees. If both partners are male, the risk of syphilis is quite high, and people with syphilis often are infectious without chancre or other visible sores or rash. If in doubt, see a doctor or clinic for testing and perhaps preventive treatment. Since you're in London, visit one of the excellent NHS GUM clinics that are available. Good luck!
